Fit conversation

30 minutes to understand where the company is, what's breaking, and whether this is the right moment for embedded people leadership. No pitch deck.

90-day plan

Three things first, in this order. We map the first 90 days — what gets built, who owns it, what done looks like. Specific names, specific deliverables.

Embedded work

Weekly working sessions, project planning, and ongoing decision support. We attend leadership team meetings. We are in the work alongside the team.

Handoff or extend

At 90 days, you have a working people infrastructure. We either extend the engagement or hand off cleanly to your first full-time people hire.
